Be Sure to Sign Up on the Last Monday of each month, for the following month, at 7:00 AM!
For example, sign up on Monday, April 29th at 7AM for busing in the month of May.

How It Works
Bus sign ups are now monthly, not weekly.

Busing for the Lola & Duane Hagadone Club is graciously provided through the Coeur d’Alene School District. We are always trying to secure more spots and will update the list as we are able.
Signing up for transportation is available below. A NEW sign up is required each MONTH. A roster with the names of those who ride the bus is a requirement by the School District, and the Boys & Girls Club needs to have an accurate up-to-date bus passenger list for each week.
At this time, we unfortunately have a limited number of busing spots per school and we’ll have to treat sign-up on a first come first serve basis.
On the LAST Monday of each Month, sign-ups for the following month’s busing service will open at 7 am. We will send a confirmation email to each member that has signed up and has been confirmed.
We understand that this situation is far from perfect, but we hope to continue to work and make it as easy as possible to get your kids to the Club. The School District, and specifically their Transportation department, have worked as hard as possible to figure out the logistics for busing to the Lola & Duane Hagadone Club. Once again thank you for your patience and continued understanding as we work to simplify the process.
If the busses are full, feel free to call or email the CDA Club. You can be added to the wait list. We will notify you if a spot becomes available that month.
Coeur d'Alene Club Bus Sign Ups
NOTE: After school bus service is free to families, but it's first-come-first-served. Be sure to sign up as soon as possible.
Bus sign-ups are managed in the Parent Portal. You'll need to either sign-in to your account, or register for a new account to access the sign-up pages.
Instructions for Bus Sign Ups
1) Click the "Start Here" link above. A new browser window will open with your 'Parent Log-In' page.
2) After you log-in you will see Image #1 below. Click on the "Browse Program Registrations" button.
3) You should see the 'Select a Category to Browse Programs' page. In the left sidebar click the "School Year" tab. See Image #2 below.
4) The 'Bus Sign Up' page will open. Find your school and click the "Options" button on the far right. See Image #3 below.
5) The 'Enrollment' page shows a grid containing a square for each month. The top left square is the open enrollment for the current month. If there are spots remaining, click "Enroll". See Image #4 below.
