It isn’t about constructing a building. It’s about building a community for our children.
For the past ten years, kids and their families have counted on the Jordan Johnson Boys & Girls Club to provide a safe place for their children to learn and grow.
Our current 10,000 square foot Clubhouse opened in 2012 and has served the community well, but we’ve simply outgrown our facility.
Every day after school, hundreds of kids come to the Club looking for a safe place to be themselves. They are looking for acceptance, guidance, and a sense of belonging. Today we are at capacity. Our summer programs are in such demand that we have an extensive waiting list.
Furthermore, many Post Falls residents are not employed in Post Falls. Instead, they commute to Spokane or Coeur d’Alene leaving hundreds of kids (particularly teens) to find their own form of recreation after the bell rings. The Boys and Girls Club strives to keep kids active, safe, engaged, and away from risky behavior.
An investment in this Boys & Girls Club helps guarantee a strong
future for our young people and our community.
The choice to invest is yours, but the rewards are shared
by everyone – especially the kids in Post Falls.
