Registration Information

Registration opens on Monday, April 6, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Families hoping to receive a scholarship should still register starting April 6th to reserve their spot. All scholarship decisions will be finalized by May 6th, and billing will not be processed until May 15th.

  • Participants MUST have an "Annual 2025-26 Membership" at the site they will be attending.

  • Annual Membership is $20 per participant.

​

  • Participants MUST be signed up for the "Individual Weeks" they plan to attend.

​

  • Weekly fee is $50 per participant.

​

  • Field Trip Fees and Membership Fees are due at the time of registration.

​

  • Participants are placed in age groups based on the grade they are going into.​

Participants are only welcome to attend weeks they are registered for. 

Parents/Guardians will be expected to understand the payment process and ensure timely payment. Active debit/credit cards are REQUIRED to be placed on file while participants are attending summer programs.

NOTE:  BOTH CLUBS WILL BE CLOSED FOR A FULL WEEK BEFORE OUR SUMMER PROGRAM BEGINS. 

 

OUR CLUBS ARE CLOSED FROM MONDAY, JUNE 8th, TO FRIDAY, JUNE 12th, FOR STAFF TRAINING & FACILITY MAINTENANCE.
