
Summer 2023
Our Summer Program is designed to benefit both the kids and their parents. Kids have the opportunity to spend up to 10 hours a day sharing activities, field trips, and meals with their friends. Parents are given a very trusted, member-based option for the care of their children.

Due to overwhelming interest in our weekly summer programs, the available slots have all been filled and all available "waiting list" positions have been awarded at both our Coeur d'Alene and Post Falls Clubs.

Summer Program General Information:
Coeur d'Alene Summer Program will run from June 19th through August 25th, 2023 at our Coeur d'Alene Club. Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
Post Falls Summer Program will run from June 19th through August 11th, 2023 at Seltice Elementary School. Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
We offer fun field trips, games, recreation, free lunch, educational activities, snacks, art, and so much more!
Every Summer Program Member gets to attend any hours they choose between 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Breakfast, lunch, and snack will be provided at no cost thanks to community partners and the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). View the SFSP flier here.

Coeur d’Alene Club:
June 19th thru July 14th, Time TBA
Breakfast and Lunch are provided at Lakes Middle School. No meal service July 3rd and 4th (Club closed for Holiday).
* Staff will escort youth from the Club to the school for meals.
July 17th thru August 25th, 7:30 AM to 8:15 AM
Breakfast is provided through our community partners at the CDA Clubhouse each day.
July 17th thru August 25th, 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Lunch is provided through SFSP at the CDA Clubhouse each day.
June 19th thru August 25th, 3:00 to 3:45 PM
Snack is provided through SFSP at the CDA Clubhouse each day.
Post Falls Club:
Due to the remodeling construction at the Jordan Johnson Club, our Summer Program will be held at Seltice Elementary School. All Club members must be dropped-off and picked-up at the school.
Our Post Falls Summer Program will end on Friday, August 11th.
Breakfast, lunch, and snack are provided at Seltice Elementary School.

PAY ONLY the $20 Summer Membership Fee at the time of registration.
We will have three collection day deadlines for processing your payments.

For program weeks 1-3 ( June 19 - July 7 ), your payment is due by June 9th.
Week One: Superhero Week (June 19 - 23)
Week Two: Nature Exploration Week (June 26 - 30)
Week Three: Space Week (July 3 - 7)

For program weeks 4-6 ( July 10 - July 28 ), your payment is due by June 30th.
Week Four: Under the Sea (July 10 - 14)
Week Five: Disney Week (July 17 - 21)
Week Six: Camping Week (July 24 - 28)

For program weeks 7-10 ( July 31 - August 25 ), your payment is due by July 21st.
Week Seven: Jungle Fever (July 31 - August 4)
Week Eight: Adventureland (August 7 - 11)
Week Nine: Jurassic Week (August 14 - 18) *

Post Falls / Seltice Elementary School location.

Costs:
Summer 2023 Package | One time membership fee of $20 per child (Registration fee only).
This year we will be running our Summer Program differently than we have in the past. Our Programs will be run on a WEEKLY basis. Choose the weeks you want to attend. You may register for as many weeks as you need.
Each Weekly Program will be priced at $25. You can choose one week, ten weeks, or anything in between at the time of registration.
We have a limited number of spaces available. The summer program will sell-out quickly.
Each weekly program fee includes all clubs and programs for that week, with the exception of all scheduled Field Trips. More information on tentative field trips will be announced soon.
Example: Register for two weeks, plus membership fee = $70
Example: Register for six weeks, plus membership fee = $170
Example: Register for all ten weeks, plus membership fee = we will offer a discount for a full 10 weeks.
DISCOUNT TERMS:
Coeur d'Alene Club
10-week Summer Program
20% discount when you pay for the entire summer on, or before, June 9th.
For example: 10 weeks x $25 per week = $250. We apply the 20% discount, $250 x .8 = $200. With a discount, one child would be $200 plus the $20 membership fee for a total of $220. The discount provides a total savings of $50.
Post Falls Club
8-week Summer Program
20% discount when you pay for the entire summer on, or before, June 9th.
For example: 8 weeks x $25 per week = $200. We apply the 20% discount, $200 x .8 = $160. With a discount, one child would be $160 plus the $20 membership fee for a total of $180. The discount provides a total savings of $40.
Parents are simply required to make the one-time payment by June 9th to qualify for the discount.

Orientation Information:
PARENT ORIENTATION NIGHT - New parents are strongly encouraged to come learn all about what the Club has to offer. Orientation will cover rules, dates, field trip info, and more. Come see what your kids will be up to all summer and have some family fun!
