What kinds of things are there to do at the Club?
When you come to the Boys & Girls Club of Kootenai County, you can find all kinds of fun things to do. We've got computer labs, art rooms and sports activities. We also have a games room with pool tables, carpet ball, foosball, ping pong and the like. The Club can also help you get your homework done and can give you a little tutoring on tricky subjects. You'll also get a snack when you come in after school.
HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
Once your parent or guardian registers you online or in one of our Clubhouses to become a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Kootenai County, you will have a scan card that you will use every time you visit the Club. Memberships are available for kids ages 6-18.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO BE A MEMBER?
Memberships for the School Year (September-early June) are $20 per child.
Memberships for the Summer (mid-June-August) are $20 per child.
HOW Do I get to the Club after school?
We have partnerships with both the Coeur d'Alene School District and the Post Falls School District, so most kids ride the bus from their school to the Club. If you're interested in that, there is limited space from schools in Coeur d'Alene, so be sure to sign up with our Bussing Sign-Up Form. Some kids also walk or ride their bikes to the Club if their school is really close and their parents are ok with it.
HOW WILL I GET HOME AT THE END OF THE DAY?
Most kids are picked up by a parent or guardian, or they walk or ride their bikes home at the end of they day (if they live close enough and their parents are ok with it).
HOW does a boys & Girls Club membership work?
A membership to the Boys & Girls Club of Kootenai County means you can come anytime to the Club's drop in program. You are welcome anytime our doors are open - after school, during school breaks and in the summer. The drop-in program is the heart of every Boys & Girls Club.
What are your club hours?
School year drop-in hours: 2:30pm-6pm, Monday-Friday

What if I can't afford the Club fees?
